Would You Draft Jacob Pullen?

Should Kansas State guard Jacob Pullen enter the NBA draft? Bill Simmons is on his jock; ESPN’s Chad Ford thinks Pullen is a “fringe” prospect. He’s got one more season of eligibility. Pullen is a lethal shooting guard – he had five or more three-pointers in eight games this season – but only 6-feet tall.

Could he make the transition to point guard in the NBA? We may find out if he sticks around Manhattan for another year. With Denis Clemente graduating, Pullen can run point for the Wildcats next season, kind of like Stephen Curry did at Davidson did as a junior at Davidson. Assuming Curtis Kelly and Pullen stick around – toss in a smarter Wally Judge, who seems to have Chris “Top Flight” Wright leaping ability – and K-State should be a Top 15 team next year.
