This Red Sox Scout Wasn't Masturbating in a Hotel Window, So Why Can't He Get a Job?

This Guy Got Screwed: “Everybody is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. [Jesse] Levis was never proven guilty.” Pretty depressing story – “Levis, then a scout for the Boston Red Sox, was allegedly observed masturbating in front of the window of Room 215 while teenage girls swam in the pool below … the hotel manager told police Levis may have been involved in a similar incident the year before … he was arrested and charged with two felony counts of committing lewd and lascivious acts in the presence of children … he was fired by the Red Sox at the end of the season.” Problem is, “the hotel manager quickly retracted his story about a previous incident, Levis took, and passed, a lie-detector test … and they were dismissed altogether on Jan. 27, 2010.” That’s some bullshit right there.
