George Steinbrenner: The Yankees owner suffered a heart attack last night this morning and emergency crews rushed to his Tampa residence. died at 6:30 am. He was taken to St. Joseph’s hospital in Tampa, but details remain sketchy at this point. Will update matters as they unfold. Steinbrenner turned 80 on July 4th.
