The best way to describe the somewhat confusing new NCAA tournament format is by looking at this bracket. The good news: At least two of the four games should be watchable because they won’t include weak teams from 1-bid leagues. The bad news: the 12 and 13 seeds that play before the rest of the field will have a distinct advantage (if you’ve seen the Big East tournament the last couple of years) against the 4 & 5 seeds that have likely been resting for a week.
