He’s the best player in the world.” This morning, Pavin denied the report via twitter: “For the record, @golfchannel and Jim Gray has misquoted me re: picking Tiger. I never said such a thing and will not say a thing until 09/07.” The only way for fans to get remotely interested in the Ryder Cup – get Tiger on the team. Thus, Pavin will pick him. Big summer for Jim Gray, huh?
