Hmmm. Sounds kind of like Wendi Nix and her husband, the Boston Red Sox Vice President of Player Personnel (which was addressed by the Ombudsman in 2006). To the best of our knowledge, Nix hasn’t done much baseball reporting since. Put it on Don Ohlmeyer’s lengthy list of topics to cover when he wakes up from his five-week slumber.
