According to the Beverley Hills Courier, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office decided on Tuesday it would not pursue a criminal case against Jay Mariotti. Last month, Mariotti was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault for an incident allegedly involving his girlfriend. The Courier also reported that the Mariotti case was referred to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, which could then decide if it wanted to pursue charges.
