A couple of the notable questions:

* Someone asked about female officials.  Goodell said that two female officials were “right on the edge of becoming an NFL official.”  No word yet on the uniforms.

* Another Saints fan asked about moving the NFL draft to other cities.  Goodell said with the move of the draft to primetime, they were analyzing the feasibility of moving Thursday or Friday to a neutral or home market for other NFL teams.

* One of Peyton Manning’s former classmates asked about the change in the umpire’s position, and Goodell defended the decision to move the umpire for safety reasons, and also said they were going to move the umpire up a little closer to the line of scrimmage to allow spotting of the ball.

* One fan asked about stadium security and fan behavior after having traveled to road stadiums.  Goodell said this was an important issue.  He also said that he has attended games incognito, but would not reveal how he dressed for the games.  My guess: he will not be going as a female Pats fan to the new stadium in New York.  If you see a ugly-looking woman with manly hands and heavy makeup at a game, just remember, Big Brother may be watching.
