Phillies fans fighting each other. Lovely. Brief game two thoughts after the jump.
Roy Oswalt was excellent for eight innings, and the Phillies blew the game open with four in the seventh to knot the NLCS at 1-game apiece. Cody Ross homered again for the Giants – that’s three in two games. His at-bats are becoming can’t miss, as if they were Blake Lively TV appearances or Malcolm Gladwell pieces in the New Yorker. Things you may or may not know about Cody Ross: He’s from New Mexico, bats righty and throws lefty, and once had rodeo clown aspirations.
