Tonight’s game between the Knicks and Magic has been canceled “due to due to asbestos-related debris falling onto the arena playing surface at Madison Square Garden.” Normally, this would just be an amusing inconvenience for anyone that didn’t have plans to see the game. However, Marcin Gortat just made news in the last couple days for talking about New York. So is Marcin Gortat some sort of Polish Carrie? Did he cause the debris to fall at MSG? All I know is that Amar’e better watch himself when these teams finally meet. [New York Post, Image via Getty]
