From Iowa’s press conference: Iowa has not caught any player evading drug tests but has “strong evidence” that could have happened (no point volunteering that had it not happened), Iowa does not mandate suspensions for a first positive drug test, and Iowa evaluates each situation individually (players being important to team’s success?) before meting out punishment. The press conference raised more questions than it answered.
