Fixed Fight?: A few weeks ago UFC veteran Hermes Franca took a fight in Costa Rican high school against 18-5, Ferrid Kheder. Franca was hoping to get his first win since 2008, but was robbed of a decision that all three judges awarded him. After the referee read Franca’s name as the winner, promoter Jean-Francois Billon corrected the ref and had his friend Kheder’s hand raised. Its the kind of convoluted story you’d expect to come from a Costa Rican high school. [MMA Fighting]
