2011 Oscars Poll: Best Director, Best Film

And finally, the big award. I’ve seen 8 of the 10 films (I don’t want to cry so I’m not watching Toy Story 3 and I haven’t heard anything glowing about The Kids Are Alright.) I’ve already stated that Scott Pilgrim (*hipster alert*) is my favorite film of the year. The nominated films I’ll likely watch the most the rest of my life are The Social Network and The Fighter. I’ll probably end up watching Black Swan and Inception multiple times on HBO, Showtime or Starz. 127 Hours is the best movie I’ll probably never sit through again.  The movie that screams Best Picture is The King’s Speech and the film that probably deserves to win is Winter’s Bone.
