Wonderlic: Alabama QB Greg McElroy, who was a Rhodes Scholar finalist, scored a 48 on the Wonderlic test according to the Fort Worth Star Telegram. A 50 is a perfect score. In other Combine news, I’ve been watching it all morning and the defensive lineman are putting on a show. Robert Quinn of North Carolina looks like a monster and a Top 10 pick. As does Alabama’s Marcell Dareus. Nick Fairley has been impressive, but the buzz is that he won’t go first. Unless it’s a smokescreen so the Panthers don’t take him. I’m with Prisco – Fairley’s the best player in the draft.
