The HBO documentary “Runnin’ Rebels of UNLV” debuted last night. It was a fantastic trip back to Jerry Tarkanian’s numerous battles with the NCAA, his down to earth relationship with the fans, and of course, his Larry Johnson-led Rebels, one of the most dominant teams in college basketball history. Airing it on a Saturday night seemed like an odd time for the debut, as I’m sure many of you did not see it. However, it re-airs tonight on HBO2 at 9:30 p.m. and again on HBO tomorrow night at 6 p.m. It’s narrated by the brilliant Liev Schreiber. [Photo via Getty]
