With Amare Back, Can the Knicks Finally Win One?

Chauncey Billups is still questionable. Vegas has made the Knicks’ 3.5-point favorites, which is mildly surprising, considering the injuries. I’ll take the Knicks again, but that’s just because I want them to win. What I’d like to see: Somebody (Turiaf? Jeffries?) get all Jeff Foster and send a message to Rajon Rondo on one of his first trips down the lane. He’s scored far too easily around the basket, something would have never happened in the Ewing/Oakley era. I’m not talking about injuring Rondo or anything – just a hard enough foul to let him know you can’t walk down the lane for 10 layups.

(Although, in the end, the Foster foul meant nothing as Rose went to the basket on the game winner.)

Elsewhere, the Magic travel to Atlanta, and the Lakers go to New Orleans.
