Herbstreit, who was pretty active on twitter recently, suddenly deleted his account yesterday. He went on 1045 The Zone yesterday and talked about the perils of social media: “The day I moved from Columbus I decided to pick up twitter and get involved … then, when things broke down on Monday … I haven’t been on for two or three days … for me to have to sit and defend if I love Ohio State is the most asinine thing … I’m going to stop engaging with a lot of the fans for awhile.”
