NHL Playoffs: Pronger Out, Philly, Washington and Detroit All Look To Win A Game

The Flyers, Capitals and Red Wings don’t have a win, let alone enough wins to necessitate a win rack. The Philadelphia Flyers will be without Chris Pronger tonight, and perhaps for the remainder of their series. Meanwhile, the Washington Capitals – the top seed in the East – are down 3-0 and on the verge of getting swept from the playoffs. Caps’ coach Bruce Boudreau may well be coaching for his job this evening. Some people are already sharpening their sticks. Hold on – Alexander Ovechkin says they’re going to win.

In the “late” game, the Red Wings will split up Pavel Datsyuk and Henrik Zetterberg for the first time this season. Detroit fans hope that this will result in not losing again. At some point tonight, you might get to see this game. The other two games start at 7pm and will be on Versus (Boston – Philly) and NHL Network (Wash – TBL (Go TBL!)). Versus does have “NHL Hockey” scheduled from 9:30-10:30. Brilliant.

Because you want to see it first!
