Two Georgia Athletes May Have Accepted Improper Benefits From AAU Team Director

The investigation is ongoing and it’s unclear what punishment the players would face if found guilty. The case is similar to Baylor’s Perry Jones who was suspended for the Big 12 tournament and will sit out Baylor’s first five games next season.
The NCAA can’t tolerate such insidious graft, unless, of course, the individual involved is employed by one of its members. Georgia’s director of compliance has “not received or heard of anything.” No word on whether this was because he was exchanging his free loaner car at the time.
