Matthew Barnaby Gets 500 Hours of Community Service

According to the Associated Press:
"As part of Barnaby’s plea agreement, misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and aggravated harassment will be dropped if he fulfills the order within a year."
Barnaby has agreed to anger management counseling, and he also has to stay away from his estranged wife’s boyfriend. The best line in this fiasco comes courtesy of Barnaby’s lawyer: “He beat up a garage door.” [Buffalo News]
