At The Huddle we use a little thing we created last year called “Schedule Swings.”
Schedule Swings uses actual fantasy points allowed by defenses to determine which teams “swing” to a much easier or much tougher strength of schedule this season.
One of the winners in 2011 is Atlanta, whose positive schedule swing places in the Top 5 for quarterback, running back and wide receiver.
Great news for those looking to get QB Matt Ryan, RB Michael Turner or WR Roddy White on their rosters. Sure, those three players fall into the fantasy elite on most draft boards. But with Schedule Swings in mind you can draft them knowing you just put some serious upside on your team.
