Great story – Yesterday, the Mets trailed the Brewers 7-1 in the bottom of the 7th. They then had huge comeback that included scoring 3 runs in the 8th against former teammate, Fransisco Rodriguez. Only the New York Mets and Jason Isringhausen(!) would then turn around and blow that lead by giving up 4 runs in the top of the 9th. K-Rod would end up with the win (the most important stat in baseball.) It was glorious.
In related news, it looked like Citi Field was on fire during yesterday’s game. Luckily, it turned out to be a pile of burning trash outside Citi Field. No one was hurt, but the pile of trash may take days to be replaced.
On Friday, Nick Cannon tried to
remain relevant break the World Record for hugs. So did he do it? The fuck if I know. I’m not Googling that nonsense. I’m much more interested in the dog with the clothes, sun glasses and corncob pipe. That should be verified as a World Record for awesome.
