* When Chapman was a Washington Bullet in the mid-90s, Tony Kornheiser of the Washington Post was fascinated with this wiry guard who would score points in bunches. Kornheiser dubbed him “the Incandescent Rex Chapman,” and as a teenager growing up in the DC area, I thought that was one of the coolest nicknames ever.
