Reggie Bush Plays Fantasy Football For Pizza Hut

Bush, now in his first season for the Miami Dolphins after five years with the New Orleans Saints, gets “traded” during a football fantasy session for a $10 Pizza Hut.
The company said that Bush is the first pro football player to star in a Pizza Hut commercial in more than a decade.
In the TV spot, two fantasy football players are discussing their rosters. “I’ll give you Reggie Bush for that pizza,” one guy says to his friend. “Done,” the other guy replies. In walks Bush, who is taken aback at the deal. “You traded me for a pizza!?” But when he takes a bite, he changes his tune. “Ummm . . it was a great trade,” Bush remarks as he takes the entire pie with him.
“I had a great time filming the commercial . . . and I got to eat some great pizza,” Bush remarked in a promo spot. “How often do you get to say that?”
The campaign includes TV, Internet and POP. Lead agency is The Martin Agency.
“With taste and value that crush the competition, Pizza Hut is the only pizza worthy of being traded for a star like Reggie Bush,” Kurt Kane, CMO for Pizza Hut, said in a statement. “It’s game time at Pizza Hut.”
Bush’s marketing partners also include adidas, Red Bull and Fathead.
