2011 World Series: How Many Times Will We See Nolan Ryan Watching Baseball?

One thing that dawned on me last night, an evening that offered virtually no sports — some hockey and FIU vs. Arkansas St. doesn’t count — is that once the World Series is over, we’re left with almost nothing sports-related to watch during the week. That’s not something I’m not ready for, but it’s a painful reality.* So even if you’re just a casual baseball fan, soak it in while you can.
Important Stat: Winner of Game 1 has won 7 of the last 8 and 12 of the last 14 World Series.
*This would be considered a first world problem
