Vanderbilt (-1.5) at Tennessee: Tennessee can feed the Orange Dog. The trouble is they can’t pass, can’t run and don’t play particularly good defense. The Volunteers have scored 35 points combined over their last five SEC games without Tyler Bray. Vanderbilt will be pumped. We’re rolling with James Franklin.

Virginia (+17.5) at Florida State: Florida State is 7-3, but has not beaten a good team. Their most impressive win? 23-19 over Miami. Virginia is better than Miami. Their defense keeps this close.

Texas (-8) vs. Kansas State: Everything about this screams Kansas State. Vegas bookies are begging you to put your money down on them. Don’t.

Stanford (-17) vs. California: A game so “big” Cal returned part of its ticket allotment. Stanford will be motivated after last week. Cal is 1-4 on the road, 0-4 in the Pac 12 and has allowed at least 30 points in each game.

Oklahoma (-15.5) at Baylor: Love RGIII, but not enamored with his teammates. Baylor needs to play a flawless game to keep up with Oklahoma. The trouble is their defense is awful. They are also far too careless with the ball. They have lost 15 fumbles on the season, eight in the last three games.
