NCAA Investigating Penn State For Potential Lack of Institutional Control

The NCAA was in a difficult spot. The bylaws don’t offer them firm basis to punish Penn State, yet not doing so makes their hammering of schools for kids padding their hours at a summer job look patently ridiculous. An open-ended investigation was the best alternative…I guess.
