Denver Wins Another Close Game As Tebow To Demaryius Thomas Takes Shape

Tebow threw 15 passes, hitting 10 of them for 202 yards, a whopping 13.5 yards per pass. Most of the damage went to the second year player Demaryius Thomas, who finished with 144 yards and 2 touchdowns. The Vikings’ secondary struggled with communication, but Tebow hit those plays, something he has struggled with consistently in previous games. He also hung in the pocket well and had his most accurate game of the year.
With Von Miller out and the Denver defense struggling to prevent big plays themselves, Tebow came up big. Denver now moves into a tie in the AFC West at 7-5 with Oakland’s loss.
