Kansas City Chiefs Score On a Ridiculous Hail Mary at Halftime

Believe me, after you watch this highlight, you will want to see no other part of this Bears-Chiefs game. It has been an ugly affair.

The Bears got a field goal, but Caleb Hanie has missed some open receivers or this one could be a lot different. Meanwhile, the Chiefs started Tyler Palko, who did nothing, inserted Kyle Orton at the start of the second quarter, and immediately ran a flea flicker play. Orton likely broke his hand on the throw as the Bears defender came up the middle and hit him.

Then, with the half coming to an end, Palko threw a hail mary, and it was answered when it fell to Dexter McCluster. This, by the way, was the first “touchdown drive” that Tyler Palko has led in 2.5 games. Probably sustainable, and a sign of things to come. Not.
