Pacers Mascot Shatters the Backboard at High School Basketball Game

During last night’s game between New Palestine and Triton Central, the Indiana Pacers mascot, Boomer, made an appearance. It was all fun and games until Boomer shattered the backboard while trying to entertain the crowd. Then I imagine it was a real pain in the ass. The game was continued in New Palestine’s auxiliary gym where the Dragons finished shattering Triton, 70-45. Boomer [presumably] spent the night in jail for assault of the backboard.
