Chuck Pagano, Baltimore's Defensive Coordinator, is the Next Indianapolis Coach

Next step, get a top offensive coordinator, as Pagano’s expertise will be vital in building up the defense, but they will want someone to train and develop their likely #1 pick, Andrew Luck. As for Pagano, he comes from a 3-4 system, but goes to a team that has traditionally run a 4-3 Cover-2 scheme. Personnel may not fit, though there is obvious need for upgrade in many spots anyway. But what does this mean for Robert Mathis and Dwight Freeney? We shall see.
