According to Comcast’s A. Sherrod Barkley, the Los Angeles Lakers are close to signing retired power forward Rasheed Wallace. Sheed retired following the NBA Finals in 2010. Wallace was last seen at a North Carolina Pro-Am arguing with the officials. Wallace is supposedly in the best shape he has been in in years. The Lakers have an open roster spot, so no one will get cut.
Rasheed Wallace back in the NBA… How many games before he’s challenging for the league lead in technical fouls? This is going to be fun.
