The Jets Are Interested in Tim Tebow

The team has Tony Sparano, who was in Miami and was part of the offense that developed the Wildcat in 2008, utilizing Ronnie Brown. Of course, Tebow would be more of a passing threat than Brown, if Sparano wanted to use him.

Then, there’s the issue of red zone performance and Tebow’s strength near the goal line even though teams should know what is coming. Mark Sanchez is not the greatest red zone passer, so such a move could lead to Tebow getting looks in the regular offense.

Of course, the move would also put pressure on Sanchez in a make or break year. We can only imagine how Santonio Holmes would react to catching passes from Sanchez and Tebow. I’m officially on board. This needs to happen.
