"“I’ve always thought the things that we look upon negatively are extremely important,” Knight explained. “Like the word ‘no.’ I think the word ‘no’ is the most important word in the English language. I think people learning to say no keep themselves out of a lot more trouble than those that don’t.”"

I’m guessing that there will be a whole chapter devoted to how ESPN continually refuses to tell Bob Knight “NO”, and contrasting that with being told no at a salad bar or “no more” by Miles Brand.

As best I can tell, the book will involve Bob Knight breaking down optimistic cliches and telling us why they suck. I may be misinterpreting things, though. I’m trying to think about it negatively, and I’m not sure why anyone would buy such a book.
