James Jones is a three point specialist for the Miami Heat. He is not generally known as an enforcer. For some reason, tonight he felt like getting into it with the big boys and gave Joakim Noah a double-fisted shot to the face under the guise of “going for a rebound.” The referees did not fall for Jones’ non-traditional attempt at boxing out and rewarded him with a flagrant-2. It was an inexcusable play, but in Jones’ defense, it was Joakim Noah.

No exaggeration. It’s that bad.
Fun fact: Michael Bolton is an expert softball player and recorded an instructional VHS tape about it.
