Cleveland Trades Up One Spot To Secure The #3 Pick From Minnesota

Minnesota had been angling to trade down and get some more picks, and there was no way they were taking Richardson with Peterson already in Minnesota. Earlier today, there were rumors that the Buccaneers wanted to move around Cleveland to get Richardson. Well placed rumor by the Vikings? Or legitimate smoke?
My guess is the former, and the Vikings get three extra picks to not trade with someone else, and to not pick a player they weren’t going to take anyway.
