For those of you who can’t watch video at work, a brief recap: The nerdy guy went on a dating site and saw the picture of an attractive blonde (Jenn Brown). He became smitten. Then, he sent her a note. Except that Doogie Howser* was the one who created the her profile! Why the photo of Jenn Brown? Doogie joked, “because I wanted a photo of a woman I know you’d never seen before – a very famous sports anchor on ESPN.” And … scene.
Guess anchor had a better ring than her actual job, sideline reporter.
Strange to see CBS give a shout-out to ESPN. What, they couldn’t have picked an attractive CBS sideline reporter to feature? [Video via Guyism]

* I believe his name on the show is Barney – I watched a few episodes (Rachel Bilson had a multi-episode arc making it a bit easier; I’ll watch anything she’s in) at the behest of people who swear by it – but he’ll always be Doogie Howser.
