Three Arkansas Football Players Arrested On Burglary Charges

According to Robbie Neiswanger, three Arkansas football players have been arrested by University Police on charges of residential burglary. The players are wide receivers Marquel Wade and Maudrecus Humphrey and tight end Andrew Peterson. No other details about the incident have been provided at this time.

This is just part of another eventful Spring in Fayetteville, as this now makes six arrests for the football program in the last three months, to go with Bobby Petrino’s magical motorcycle ride and termination.

[UPDATE: Robbie Neiswanger (@NWARobbie) has reported that the police report says that the players stole items, such as DVD's, laptops, cash and textbooks, from dorm rooms on campus. There are 9 counts against both Maudrecus Humphrey and Andrew Peterson, and one count against Marquel Wade.]
