Pablo Sandoval: The Sex Was Consensual. Female: It Was Sexual Assault

"The woman met 25-year-old Sandoval in downtown Santa Cruz and went with him and a small group of other people to Seascape Resort in Aptos early Friday, deputies said. She reported the allegations about 4:30 a.m. and said they occurred at the resort, deputies said."
