Spencer Hawes Was Not a Fan of the Supreme Court Healthcare Ruling

Clearly, Hawes is onto something here. The healthcare coverage mandate was first proposed by the raving pinkos down at the Heritage foundation, raised in Congress by fellow travelling Republicans in 1993 and enacted at state level by noted Maoist Mitt Romney in Massachusetts.
