The exodus has begun. Penn State lost its first recruit today as 2013 cornerback Ross Douglas decommitted from the Nittany Lions and committed to Michigan. Douglas, out of Avon, Ohio, is Rivals’ No. 222 overall recruit. He is listed as a four-star by Rivals, ESPN and 24/7.
