Gabby Douglas won gold in the gymnastics All-Around competition Thursday around 1 pm, and even though I watched it online (BBC feed), I felt compelled to watch it again on NBC nine hours later. It was the first time during the games that I’d turned on the Olympics at night. Less than 24 hours after her thrilling victory … the 16-year-old is on the cover of Corn Flakes. You’ll be seeing a lot of Douglas in the next year.
