This is Ukraine’s Ganna Shelekh attempting to compete in the 2012 London Olympics. That’s about as far as she got. Shelekh, a 19-year-old making her Olympic debut cleared 4.10 meters on her third try and missed on 3 attempts at 4.5 meters. I’m not sure what height she was attempting to clear on this vault, but it doesn’t matter. Anything over a centimeter would have knocked down the bar. Getty only had three images of Shelekh, including this one from the 2010 Singapore Youth Olympics. It was simply too good to not include.
