Tyler Wilson Will Miss the Alabama Game, Has Not Been Cleared to Play

Arkansas’ star quarterback Tyler Wilson has not been medically cleared and will miss Saturday’s showdown with Alabama, according to Bo Mattingly. Wilson left last Saturday’s game with “an injury above the shoulders” and disaster struck, as Louisiana-Monroe rallied to upset then #8 Arkansas in overtime. Obviously, head injuries are a serious thing, and we don’t know where Wilson is almost a week later. There is also no official injury report in college and they don’t have to declare inactives, so you know Nick Saban is pissed at all of you for even talking about Wilson missing this game and Arkansas having no chance.

I think the Hogs should bring back Lou Holtz for one game here, he could always pull some magic when players were out. Based on how the offense played last week without Wilson, though, this one could get ugly.
