Michael Turner, the Atlanta Falcons running back, was arrested for DUI hours after his team defeated the Denver Broncos, 27-21. According to the AJC:
Turner, 30, of Suwanee, was booked into the jail just after 5 a.m., and was released about two hours later on $2,179 bond, according to jail records.
Turner rushed for a modest 42 yards but did score a touchdown in the victory. Then, he went out to celebrate beating Peyton Manning on ESPN and got popped for speeding and DUI. So he’ll be suspended for what, the first half of the Falcons’ game Sunday against San Diego? [AJC]
