Tarell Brown of the 49ers Was Fined $5,250 For Wearing Sleeves, and He Tweeted the NFL Letter, Which Included Login/Password Info

Tarell Brown, a cornerback on the 49ers, was fined $5,250 by the NFL for wearing red sleeves Sunday night against the Lions. You see, the “designated undergarment” color for San Francisco is white. How could he! The NFL explained this to Brown in a letter, which he posted online. Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area appears to have been the first to see it:

What Brown didn’t notice was that the letter contained user/password info in the event he wanted to appeal the fine. Wonder if any fans felt compelled to appeal the fine on behalf of Brown, whose salary for 2012 is $800,000? Brown’s last tweet: “No stress, no worries.” [Maiocco via Adam]
