Braxton Miller Carted Off to Locker Room With Apparent Head Injury [UPDATE: Video]

Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller took off for a nice 37-yard run at the end of the third quarter against Purdue, but fell to the ground awkwardly while being tackled by Boilmakers safety, Chris Quinn, and brutally banged his head. With the help of a few members of the Ohio State coaching staff, a clearly dazed and disoriented Miller eventually made his way to a cart where he was then to the locker room for further evaluation.We’ll provide updates in this space as additional details emerge.

UPDATE: Well that didn’t take long. Miller has been taken to the hospital.

Purdue currently leads Ohio State 22-14 at the Horse Shoe with a little under six minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. UPDATE: Ohio State won in overtime.
