With four minutes remaining, Andrew Luck and the Colts offense took the field trailing 33-21. Luck had thrown his third interception of the game on the previous drive, seemingly ending Indianapolis’ hopes. The Colts scored on a touchdown pass to make it close, then kicked deep with 2:39 left.

Detroit faced a 3rd and 5 at midfield coming out of the two minute warning. First down wins it for Detroit. Running the ball takes off some time. Detroit ran it, punted to Indianapolis, and Andrew Luck worked this magic with one final play remaining from the 14 yard line as time was expiring.

Gutsy play, as Luck threw short of the end zone, but with man coverage on the outside receiver, Donnie Avery was able to easily get into the end zone for the game winner. Indianapolis is now 8-4, and all but in the playoffs. They amazingly need one more win in all likelihood, and 2-2 in the last month would definitely do it.
