Jay Ratliff, the Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle, has been arrested for driving while intoxicated after crashing into a freaking 18-wheeler in Grapevine, Texas, otherwise known as the hotbed for athlete socializing and carousing. From the Star-Telegram:

"Defensive lineman Jay Ratliff was arrested after a collision with an 18-wheeler in the 2800 block of East Highway 114 in Grapevine on Monday night. Grapevine police said Ratliff refused sobriety tests at the scene and was arrested."

Thankfully, neither Ratliff nor the driver were injured in the accident. The Ratliff accident comes just two months after a Cowboys player killed a member of the practice squad while driving drunk.

You may remember Ratliff for going off on a reporter during the inspiring Sam Hurd drug crusade.
