Drew Loftus, a Receiver at Washington State, Arrested For Allegedly Trying to Steal Bottles of Tequila Shoved Down Pants

Drew Loftus, a 19-year-old redshirt freshman receiver at Washington State, was arrested Friday morning after allegedly trying to steal two bottles of tequila from a grocery store by, how else, shoving them down his pants. Subtle.

Loftus was charged with third-degree theft, possession of alcohol, and public intoxication. According to police, Loftus attempted to hide the bottles in the wasitband of his pants and then proceeded to purchase eggs, just as we all drew it up.

The embarrassing arrest comes in the same week that saw Wazzu running back Leon Brooks busted for driving drunk.
